Patch #3 Released for V2.5.1

While a patch, this is another large one (8 MBytes) and adds some new features such as dismissable News Announcements with persistence in the session. This patch fixes support for MySQL v5.7.x 'strict' mode, in addition to many other fixes and tweaks. It updates several 3rd party libraries. (read more)

Version 2.5.1 Released

Version 2.5.1 or 'Eclipsed Etouffee' is now in the wild! We fixed a number of issues, and some other things have been tweaked. If your server PHP version supports it (v5.6.0 or later), we strongly encourage all Exponent installations be upgraded to v2.5.1 as soon as practical! (read more)

Version 2.5.0 Released

Version 2.5.0 or 'Puffy Puffin' is now in the wild! It adds PHP v7.3.x support and formally removes support for PHP versions older than 5.6.x. We fixed a number of Twitter Bootstrap v4 issues, and many other issues were also fixed and some other things have been tweaked. If your server PHP version supports it (v5.6.0 or later), we strongly encourage all Exponent installations be upgraded to v2.5.0 as soon as practical! (read more)

Version 2.4.3 Released

A 'Badgered Beagle' arrives and brings Twitter Bootstrap v4 and Font Awesome v5 support! A sample Bootstrap v4 theme is now included with the package, though we no longer ship a sample Bootstrap v2 theme. We've also added support for IIS servers along with a sample configuration for NGINX servers. We've tweaked many things to ensure we are HTTP/2 compliant which should result in removing issues about cross domain loading of files. Furthermore many issues and other things have been tweaked. We strongly encourage all Exponent installations be upgraded to v2.4.3 as soon as practical! (read more)
