PATCH #1 RELEASED TO FIX FILE UPLOADER IN V2.0.9

An issue has been found and fixed in v2.0.9 released last week It can be applied to v2.0.9. The patch fixes these bugs:

(patch #1) The File Uploader doesn't work, clicking on the "Select Files' button does nothing.
